The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences - All Senses Inclusive, Playa del Carmen

I had a pretty nice stay at this resort spa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made relaxing after a day of activities enjoyable. The staff, especially the bell boys, were quite helpful, though I found some of the service at the bars and restaurants a bit lacking. The location was beautiful and well-kept, but I felt like they never had enough chairs around the pool area, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a nice spot, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement.
